Privacy & ad measurement
How quote requests and advertising measurement work on this site, and how to turn ad measurement off.
This page explains, in technical terms, how this website handles quote requests and advertising measurement. It is a description of how the site works, not a complete legal privacy policy.
Quote requests
When you send a quote request, we store what you enter (such as your name, company, email, phone and project details) so our team can reply. A notification goes to quote@agilenutra.com. This happens whether or not ad measurement is on.
To help our team, the quote record and that internal notification also note a general source for your visit, such as "Google Ads (tagged)", "Organic search", "Referral", "Other tagged campaign" or "Direct / unknown". It is worked out in your browser from the first page you open in a visit and the link tags or referring website, and kept only for that browser tab session. We keep just the category, a cleaned campaign name, the referring website's domain and the landing page path, never full links or ad click identifiers. It is not shared with Google or anyone else. It is not collected when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, or after you turn ad measurement off below.
Advertising measurement
We do not show a cookie banner and this site does not load a Google advertising script in your browser. Measurement, where it is switched on, happens on our server:
- When you arrive from one of our Google ads, the site may store a first-party cookie holding the ad click identifier Google adds to the link (gclid, gbraid or wbraid) and basic campaign labels.
- If you then send a quote request, that attribution is attached to the saved quote record.
- Our server may then send Google the click identifier, the time the quote was saved and a unique event reference, so we can measure which ads lead to quote requests. This upload does not include your name, email, phone, company or the content of your request. A click identifier is linked to an ad click and is not anonymous.
- Measurement is only considered for visitors our hosting platform places in the United States. It is suppressed when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, when you have previously turned ad measurement off on this site, or when we cannot check these signals.
How long it is kept
- The attribution cookie expires after 30 days.
- Our internal record that measurement was permitted for a browser expires after 30 days and is deleted 30 days after that.
- Measurement status records, and the attribution attached to a saved quote, are deleted 180 days after the quote was received.
Turn off ad measurement
This turns ad measurement off for this browser, removes any stored attribution cookie and cancels measurement that has not yet been sent for it. Quote requests keep working normally.
